    We start with the trees and vegetation, the natural landforms, and sensitive areas like wetlands.

    Plan within current direction

    Planning follows the Algoma region's current planning direction and the Ontario Planning Act. We work with those requirements, never against them.

    Work with local people

    Local engineers, architects and trades shape the property with us.

  4. 04

    Protect what is sensitive

    We plan for minimal disturbance to vegetation, the environment, topography and wetlands.

  5. 05

    Create lots with room to live

    The aim is new and redeveloped lots, including lakeshore residences, so families have room to live and to grow with comfort.
