Who we are
A group of local owners.
Local small business owners who came together for thoughtful development in Northern Ontario.
Prestige Worldwide Land Development Corp. is a group of local small business owners who came together to create thoughtful development in Northern Ontario. Algoma is growing, and we believe that growth should give families room to live, not stack them on top of each other.
We create new and redeveloped lots, including lakeshore residences, that follow the Algoma region's current planning direction and the Ontario Planning Act. We work with local engineers, architects and trades to shape each property with care for its trees and vegetation, its natural landforms and sensitive areas like wetlands.
We respect the communities around us, including our First Nations neighbours, and we welcome private and public partnerships with local townships to help our communities grow with care.
Prestige Worldwide invests in development projects.
Why Prestige?
If the name sounds familiar, you've probably seen Step Brothers. Our Prestige Worldwide has fewer bunk beds and a lot more site plans.
We're a team of like-minded brothers with one goal: to help Algoma grow and prosper while keeping it rural.

Values
The principles, in plain words.
Room to Live
Families grow with comfort and room. Algoma is growing, and that growth should give people a place to live that is not stacked on top of each other. Lot creation stays sensitive to the land, so people have room.
Care for the Land
We respect the natural sensitivity of Algoma. Trees and vegetation, natural landforms, and wetlands belong in the plan. We look for minimal disturbance to vegetation, the environment, topography and wetlands.
Planning Done Right
New and redeveloped lots, including lakeshore residences, follow the Algoma region's current planning direction. We work with Ontario Planning Act requirements. We do not work against them.
Local Expertise
Relationships with local engineers, architects and trades are part of the work. They help shape each property with care.
Good Neighbours
We respect surrounding communities, including Indigenous communities and our First Nations neighbours.
Township Partnerships
We are open to private and public partnerships with local townships, so communities can grow, recreate and redevelop with care.
